A drain crew, not a call centre
Débouchage Urgence Élite is a Montreal company specialized in drain unclogging and cleaning, for residential and commercial clients alike.
The trade before the marketing
We do one thing: drains. Not bathroom renovations, not water heater installs. That focus is what lets us show up with the right equipment the first time and recognize a structural problem before forcing a cable into it.
Clean work is not a detail
We protect floors, contain the mess and leave the room in the state we found it. In this trade, that is often what clients remember longest.
An honest diagnosis
We sometimes tell a client their problem does not need our intervention, or that it falls to the municipality. That costs us a trip in the short term. In the long term, it is exactly why people call us back and refer us.
Montreal, its trees and its old lines
A large share of the island's building stock still runs on cast iron and clay. We know how those lines behave, what maple roots do to them and how freeze-thaw works on the joints. That context completely changes how you approach a main line.
Answer
The phone is answered by a person, not a voicemail box, nights included.
Explain
You know what we are doing, why, and what it involves, before it starts.
Verify
A job ends with a flow test, not with a handshake.
Clean up
The site is put back in order before we leave. Every time, no exceptions.
